French Toast with Berries
Ingredients

La Boulangerie Brioche Loaves B33524 (defrosted)
Medium Eggs 459115  (beaten)
Semi Skimmed Milk Y1002 
Unsalted Block Butter G3214

Method

 


Cut brioche into generous slices. Dip the slices into beaten egg and milk the pan fry in butter each side until golden brown.

Fruits of the Forest - gently warm through fruits adding a couple of tablespoons of water and caster sugar to sweeten.

Plate the brioche, add berry compote then dust with icing sugar and a little cinnamon. Sprinkle over granola and top with natural yogurt.
