Pork Sausage Meat BR3015 (500g) 


Chopped Dates 100210 (80g) 


Pistachio Kernals 8823 (30g chopped) 


Dried Cranberries 89849 (30g chopped) 


Breadcrumbs 1521 (30g)


Shallots BR1152 (1 finely chopped)


Garlic BR1049 (1 clove finely chopped)


Oranges BR1036 (1/2 zest / juice) 






Place all ingredients in a bowl & combine well together. Either divide into balls or place into a medium size loaf tin. 


To cook place in a pre-heated oven at 200°C - for stuffing balls cook for 12-15 minutes. For the loaf cover with foil and cook for 25-30 minutes, remove the foil and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes.
